WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

Purchases on our store can be returned within 14 days (some exceptions apply – see below for more detail). To be eligible, an item must be unworn, unwashed with the complete accessories included, and in the original packaging, which must also be in a resaleable condition. 

After 14 days, you can still return items with our approval if the items meet the return criteria stated above or otherwise. We reserve the right not to agree to the return.

So go ahead, shop with confidence.

RETURNS POLICY EXCEPTIONS

  • Orders placed as a guest will have a return fee of $10 subtracted from the refund.     
  • To be eligible to return, items must be unwashed and unworn with complete accessories, and the original packing and tags must be intact.
  • We reserves the right to deny any returns not meeting our returns policy criteria.
  • If it’s been more than 30 days since your item was delivered, contact us to return it.
  • Refunds for gift returns will be issued to the original payment method. Please work with the gift giver if you need to return any items.
  •  Orders cannot be returned to sender address.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE STEPS

1. Email us at [email protected] Please include the following information.
  •  Your name, order ID or email to identify your order
  • Indicate your concerns clearly
  • Provide pictures of defective products to support your complaint
Note***: Any missing information can be lead to longer processing time.
2. After receiving your request, our support team will investigate your case within 2-3 days.
3. You will be notified about the final decision via email with instruction to return the products for refund or exchange
4. You must return the products in order to receive refund or exchange. You have to pay return shipping fee at your own cost.
5. After receiving the return items, we will check if the condition meets our requirement. Your refund/exchange will be process immediately after this step is completed.
6. It could be take up to 10 days for your refund to appear in your account. If not, please contact your bank.
