WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
Purchases on our store can be returned within 14 days (some exceptions apply – see below for more detail). To be eligible, an item must be unworn, unwashed with the complete accessories included, and in the original packaging, which must also be in a resaleable condition.
After 14 days, you can still return items with our approval if the items meet the return criteria stated above or otherwise. We reserve the right not to agree to the return.

RETURNS POLICY EXCEPTIONS
- Orders placed as a guest will have a return fee of $10 subtracted from the refund.
- To be eligible to return, items must be unwashed and unworn with complete accessories, and the original packing and tags must be intact.
- We reserves the right to deny any returns not meeting our returns policy criteria.
- If it’s been more than 30 days since your item was delivered, contact us to return it.
- Refunds for gift returns will be issued to the original payment method. Please work with the gift giver if you need to return any items.
- Orders cannot be returned to sender address.
